My name is Rosemarie and I am a Licensed Acupuncturist & Herbalist in the state of New Jersey. I have been a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the past 10 years, specializing in fertility & pregnancy, hormonal changes, depression & anxiety, and many other aspects of women’s health.
Acupuncture is actually my 2nd career. My patients are always surprised to find out that I started out my adult years as a corporate accountant! I found my way to acupuncture as a patient first, starting around age 19. I began struggling with sinus infections and debilitating migraine headaches that my doctors could not figure out. I tried acupuncture on a whim, hoping for some relief – and when I left my first session, I felt it. Less pain, more calm, and a lifting of the fog I had been stuck in for months. With that, the love affair began!
Over the course of several years, I experienced the many ways that Chinese acupuncture & herbs could help with almost any challenge I faced – physically, mentally & emotionally. That clinic was my safe place, and I always knew I would feel better walking out than walking in. I became so fascinated & passionate that I finally took the leap to start a Masters program at Pacific College of Health & Science in New York City. After many years of school and passing 4 licensing examinations – and having 2 kids along the way - I was finally able to call myself an acupuncturist! I have loved working with my patients at other clinics over these past 10 years, and I’m very excited to now have my own practice here in Fanwood. I can’t wait to share the acupuncture experience with you!
What is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture involves the insertion of extremely thin needles through your skin at strategic points on the body. It is an essential part of Traditional Chinese Medicine that has been practiced for over 3000 years.'

Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine treat the whole person by working on the root causes of disharmony, as well as the “branch” symptoms. Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture
Did you know that there is an entire micro-system of points on your ear, corresponding to different areas & functions of the body? Auricular acupuncture is most often used to help relieve stress & anxiety, and reduce symptoms associated with PTSD & other mental health conditions.
Appointments & Pricing
Acupuncture (New Patient) - $145
In addition to a full acupuncture treatment, your first visit also includes a detailed intake to discuss your treatment goals, health history, and any questions & concerns you may have. Please allow 90 minutes for your 1st appointment.
Acupuncture (Follow-up) - $95
Full acupuncture treatment for established patient. Please allow 1 hour for your appointment.
Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture - $50
Need some stress or anxiety relief, but short on time? Acupuncture needles placed in ears only. Please allow 30 minutes for your appointment.
Can Insurance cover part of your cost?
If your health insurance provides an Out-of-Network benefit for acupuncture, you may be eligible for insurance reimbursement. As an out-of-network provider, we will provide a superbill (detailed receipt) for you to submit to your insurance plan. Any reimbursements approved by your insurance plan are sent directly to you!
